I just finished reassembling my engine after swapping injectors (550cc), Lex AFM, and a polished manifold and the only thing I have left to finish is connecting this 14 inch hose comming from the fuel rail. It has an end that attatches to a bolt, most likely on or near the throttle body. Please help ASAP. Thanks.

i dont know about 14 inch hose but if it is a banjo bolt is it the cold start injector line?

otherwise you have the line that goes to the back of the rail for the FPD or the line that comes from the front of the rail for the FPR.

Yup on that rail there are 3 lines. 2 of them have little units on top. The one to the rear is the Fuel Pulsation Dampener connected to the fuel inlet. which is connected to another junction at the motor mount which goes to the tank. The Middle one goes to the center of the intake manifold to the cold start injector. and the front one is the Fuel Pressure regulator with a line that goes back to the fuel tank.

Yeah..its most probably your cold start injector line. The one in the middle of the fuel rail that runs to the intake manifold where the cold start injector is located.
