what's the meaning of this dashboard light

on a 89 NA, further left than the temperature gauge, there's an orange error light in the middle (in terms of top or bottom). It looks something a garbage container, or something with vertical stripes.
It only comes on (sometimes?) whilst my rear end is sideways, so its somewhat hard to really pay attention as to what it looks like when it comes on.

sorry, its a pretty rough picture of what i could see out of the corner of my eye and remember.

any clues what it means?

PS - i tried the search function and haynes manual (and in TSRM i can't find the section) and couldn't find anything

(it's actually the coolant resv low light)

Do you think it might, just maybe, look like a radiator?


Check the coolant in the overflow bottle. You're probably sloshing it enough to make the sensor read low, but check it to be safe.
