Whats the highest boost on Lexus/550 set up?

I have the Lexus A.F.M., 550 injector, 3" exhaust, stock inner cooler and upgrade 57 trim on a ct/26. Whats the highest boost you can run on this set up with out hitting fuel cut?

You're probably going to be well out of the efficiency range of that turbo at 20 psi. With the right tuning you can get 20 psi out of one of those, but it's not efficient and the turbo likely won't last very long.

I have a similar setup, but with a stock CT26... I run it at 13psi, as anything above that is worthless due to inefficiency (as already mentioned).

without fuel management you are lucky to get much past 12, with an afm 18 or so and yes even 20ish

yes i done it i ran 22 with sfac intercooler lex 560 blaa blaa blaa after 20 you really stop feeling any gains and it shows on the dyno

Well, max psi would be 18 since it's the max psi for the 57CT26, to be on the safe side that is.

I don't think a 57 ct flows enough air within its efficientcy(sp) range too fuel cut on a lex setup.

and i never got my car on the dyno at that level of boost ebc broke

i did 347 and 398 truq at 11 psi

then 3 dasy laetr snaped the shaft on my ct cause of over boost/ bov did not go off

my buddy wiht about the same setup got 457 at 21 psi with a 57

then cuople of mouth later bumped his base timing to 13 and blew his rings out shows yae what 3 dagress of timing can do eh

Scale back the Hz correction with a piggy back, up the FP, and you'll never see FCO.

probaly the best answer I've read so far, one problem: "scale back"??? I guess that's a qeustion for a later thread. or ask tech support (Greddy) up the f.p.?? to what p.s.i.?
