failing within 20 mins of each other? Hopefully, minimal...

Quick scenario: This morning, I had thought my Hydro water pump had failed because I found a very steady drip coming from what seemed to be the water pump / right above the alternator.

Later, after much more indepth inspection, my Koyo radiator has a hole in it. A very sizable hole in fact, probably due to some crappy work performed a year ago in July 07 (by Mainstream Performance, Atlanta, GA). I've had a slow leak for a while, but this afternoon it seems that it's turned into a sizable leak on the front side of the radiator.

I believe that the leak I had thought that had come from the pump was actually fluid that had been blown onto the the pump/alternator by the fan. I hope so.

Anyway, I'm goining to pull the radiator and have it repaired tomorrow and pray that the pump hasn't taken a shit too. I'm ordering another one (a rebuilt Hydro water pump, I'm keeping the hydro system) from Aaron along with some other stuff, I'm going 1.5jz, and EVERYTHING will be new.

Sorry, just a rant. Oh, I hate Mainstream, they suck!

The radiator is definately easier to repair and replace Mark. Hopefully this is the problem. I'm sure it is.
