Any MKIII in my opinion. I personally like the pre89 front bumper, but i like the 89+ taillights.

Ive heard of 93 MKIII's, Just not American. Maybe Europe or Japan only.

I just did some searching and came up with nothing, I remember reading somewhere that an "A type (MKIII)" and "B type (MKIV)" where made in 93.

early 89 hands down, least amount of weight for the 89+'s, best steering wheel, 89+ looks, early crank = more revving. 3.9 gearing. Honestly, its the best one.

I got a 90 I love it the 3 spoke steering wheel is cool if your hero was knight rider, I prefer the mk4 style sterring wheel myself. 90+ is good 89 I would if I had to I wouldn't waste my money on anything older than 89 way too much junked out stuff on lots fo them and the older spoiler, front bumper and interiors are just not my style.
