Bought 'em. Just wondering... how long do these H4 bulbs usually last? And when they break, what should I replace 'em with? I doubt I could find the exact same brand here, and I don't wanna wait 2-3 weeks for overseas shipping (I'm outside USA). Any H4 bulbs would work? Or must I specify H4 80/100W?

This is the guy that I learned about lights from. Fantastic resource, I highly reccomend reading it.

I've known Dan for serveral years. He does indeed know his stuff. He can be a little touchy at times (as can any true expert) when it comes to some of the lighting crap being sold today but he's genuinely willing to set someone up with the best lighting available based on science and his extensive expertise.

I've been running the same H4 PIAA bulbs since late 1997. Until this past Labor Day weekend my Supra was my daily driver so the lights saw lots of use during the winter months - and not as much during the summer. Sure, you spend a bit extra for the bulbs up front but based on other people's posts using the cheaper bulbs I would go out and say that I paid less for mine than they did for all of theirs - when they burn out in less than a year.

any H4 bulbs would work, you dont necessarily need to use just the 80/100w's. The housings i received are a universal H4 200mm housing used for any wattage bulb.
