Went to my first Rally-X yesterday. Boy was that fun. Cold frozen ground that turned into cold wet mud. :biglaugh: This is only from 3 laps that I ran after the tournament.

I ended up placing 2nd out of 8 in their 2.5 RS. Was a f*cking blast.

If anyone in the midwest is interested entry fee is $30 for 2 runs in their car. Top 3 have another run and fastest time wins their $30 back in credit for a future event.

It's a 2dr coupe. 2.5 liter engine... Non-turbo.

For the tournament everyone drives their car. 2 lap 'heats'.

I was ~15 seconds faster in my car, so using their car eliminates that kind of advantages.

Yeah. I and all the other 7 racers used the same RS for the tournament so it was the 'best' driver that won, not the guy who spent the most.
