What would you do in this situation?

Well I bought a Electronic Boost Controller from a member on this board about a month and a half ago and it still has not arrived. At first the seller said that he was traveling around the US and was unable to get a tracking number for me because it was at his house. This seemed reasonable so I waited a couple weeks and still nothing showed up. I then proceeded to confront the individual by email and have been unsuccessful so far.

The item may still be in the mail and arrive next week for all I know and the user could be on vacation. I was just wondering what you would do in this situation because I know this seller has sold many items on this board and has had nothing but positive feedback.

Also I paid with paypal if that helps at all.

Post up some details.

If it's a genuine error he'll make it right if it's a scam you only have limited time to make a claim in PayPal so you need to act.

Is he answering your emails or pm's? If so, what is he saying, and if not, then he's trying to screw you over. I wouldn't wait too long before I filed a claim with paypal. Good luck. Send a pm to one of the moderators in the for sale section and they will send him a pm. If he doesn't come through then he will be banned from this site. You've got to do this to protect others from buying from him. Good luck.

Well he is not answering to emails at all. On one email account he has not responded in over a week. The other email account which i just discovered a couple days ago has only been 2 or 3 days. By the middle of this week if he has not responded I will post details of this situation and file a case with paypal.
