What would you build if you had a choise to do 2JZGE-NA-T on MK3 or SC 300

Well recently I started to gather parts to turbocharge my spare 2jzge because I have a 91T mk3 shell. The mk3 is primered,black interior with blue seats, and sitting for 3 years with expired plates,and it owes to the dmv about 500 dlls of fees.


The sc300 has with up to date plates and decent leather interior and black paint.


So far I got r154,stage3 clutch, 1jz bellhousing and flywheel, turbo header,Garrett gt35, 2.5MM cometic MHG, 440´s and the 560´s comming next month. I will be using the 7mgte ecu and wiring on either proyect ( I have no cash for AEM at this moment)

Personally, I'd go with the SC, simply for the reason that I don't have one, and have never done one up before. Mk3's are getting kinda too familiar to me after 6 years of working on/around them. Not to say I dislike them or would say to NOT do the Mk3, just stating my need for something fresh.

Such built up projects do cost a lot of money either with the mk3 or the SC300...
Which ever you choose it's ok,but sell the other to free up some cash.
I would go with the mk3. I did mine 3 years ago and to a friend 1 year ago.
2jz mk3 all the way!
