NOS isn't a word, it's an acronym for Nitrous Oxide Systems, which is a company owned by Holley.

so when those dumb ass import drivers start hating on domestics....just remind them the people who make thier honda produce 100 horsepower through a button..wouldn't be around if it weren't for those domestics.

also...i don't care what brand it is.. Zex, NX, NOS, Venom....it's all nitrous..

NO2 is the same as NOx.

I think it is N2O. It is called nitrous, or the others track names, which do not include "naws", since it is not a word.

NOS is "en oh es". It is an acronym.

It doesn't necessarily mean YOU are a ricer if you say it, but all of the ricers DO say it. And it's the way they say it that makes you want to smack them in the face. After all, NOS is a company that MAKES Nitrous. It only makes sense. :icon_bigg

I dunno, I guess I really started getting annoyed by it when the person had NX or ZEX and STILL called it NOS. After that, It was just irritating.

On second thought...

NOS/Nitrous would be OK... but saying NX or Nitrous Oxide System would be pretty lame. Unless of course it was something like...
