What to do first?

Well it will only be a matter of months before my car is ready to get its body work done / painted.... but I'm wondering if I should wait untill I do things like replacing some underbody part / bushings / the interior ect ect ? Or would a car cover and being careful be enough to not mess up the body ? Just trying to figure out the right steps to take to finally putting the car back together, probably the hardest part.

Yes wait. You'll hate yourself the first time you go to roll from under the car and you leave greasy fingerprints all over your nice new painted door.

i was planning on painting mine this summer, but under-hood plans and crappy bushings everywhere made me hold off on it. (new turbo, ron r. FFIM/mustang TB, solid nylon bushings, new side to side IC)

(hopefully the deal will work out, anyway)

My plans are paint first.

Dealing with that is tricky.
It involves a lot of blue painter's tape, and a car cover :icon_razz
