Hey, here's the situation:
I let my friend on my cell phone plan. I have credit, guess he didn't.
He started off fine; making hispayments...
Now, hasn't paid in over 3 months, every month saying he'll have some $$ the next week, month, so on... probably had something to do with me being out of town for over 5 months, but still. He's got a job.
Owes me over $300 now, plus the phone and cancellation fee of $175.
Anyone been in some shit like this? I mean I had no problem covering for him so the line wouldn't get let down, but paying over a grand in less than 6 months is no fun.
His line is off now. What would anyone recommend? I'm all down for taking the law into my own hands, just wondering.. anyone have some creative collection ideas?
Or if there's a legal way to collect?
