My bet is on your parents, from what I read in the thread, I haven't read your build thread though and I don't really know you so my guess doesn't count for much.
Also, 87 N/A, I like the like pre-89 look more than the 89+ for a few reasons and N/A or not it's still one of the supras we love, getting rarer each year. Unless it was a piece of crap I dont think their worth that little....imho.

If I were you, I would just point blank ask your parents if it is them who posted the car. If it is not them, I believe I would file a police report about the incident just to cover yourself because you never know in this crazy world we live in. I hate this has happened to you. I would NEVER do anything like this to my son, I sure hope it is not your parents, that would be pretty low to do without talking to you first.

doesn't matter, it's not illegal to post information about someone on the internet. it is only illegal to use that information in a defamatory or criminally oriented situation. there would have to be proof of malicious intent to cause monetary damage before a criminal court would even look at a defamatory case.
i work for a federal agency as a network admin and assist occasionally with computer forensics investigations for KY state and FS/USDA federal incidents, so there's a tid bit of experience under my belt.
