Alright folks, before you all tell me to search, I did look around and found this thread in particular quite useful:

Also read through this as well:

I've been speaking with Zumtizzle in the FlashChat about this, and here is what I (we) have come up with.
A Toyota truck with the R150 transmission and 4.30 rear end gearing uses the same speedometer drive gear as a R154 and 3.73 rear end gearing.
The R150 (4.30 rear end) uses a 33:10 drive gear, whilst the R154 (3.73 rear end) uses a 33:11 drive gear.
Also, (according to Zumtizzle) the R154 from a 1JZ using the 4.10 rear end uses a 33:10 drive gear.
Would I be able to swap a speedometer drive gear from a R150 transmission (having the 4.30 rear end), or speedometer drive gear from a 1JZ R154 into my current R154 to have the speedometer match the 4.30 LSD I have in the rear of my car currently?
Zumtizzle also mentioned something about a Toyota Celica speedo drive gear (4.30 rear end) fitting the R154 transmission. Could anyone back this up?
The reason why I ask is because I am doing an non-turbo auto to 5 speed swap, but would like the speedometer/odometer to read correctly instead of having to calculate the percentages they are off by, and then compensating by going that much faster (or slower).
I am 99% positive that I have put everything relevant in this thread, if not please let me know and I will go back over my notes again.
Thank you all for looking and for your help.
