What size hex socket are the head bolts

I dont have the tools to go cutting up my other tools lol. Id rather actually have the Correct tool for it(never know when ill need it later). I do have long hex T handles, im not sure if they hold up to the 70lb torque or whatever stock is.

I don't...but, some folks do. If you clean all the old gasket material off really well, it's not necessary. If you do sand or use an abrasive like Scotch bright, be very careful...make sure all the coolant and oil passages in the block are plugged, use a block and make even strokes down/across the block.
My man, Blue Point(cheaper tool on snap on truck) sander with 3M maroon disc. Don't use the brown, too abrasive. It works well.

^^^ Discovered those myself...they work really well. Still gotta be careful on aluminum though ;)
