Here is a list that we use at SupraSport for a good start point

Recommended supporting mods needed to support Boss Series Turbo's.

High flow intake (Apex-i, Blitz, K&N, SS Intake Kit)
3" Mandrel bent cat back exhaust (RS-R, Blitz, Tanabe, etc.)
3" Test pipe (check state regulations) or cat (Random Tech, Vibrant, etc.)
3" Down Pipe and Elbow (RT, LIPP, Cooleeze, Tanabe)
Walbro 255 fuel pump or larger
Fuel pressure regulator (Aeromotive, SS General Install)
550cc or larger injectors (RC, PT, Venom)
LIPP or Lexus AFM upgrade with Apex-i Super AFC-2 or other similar engine management (MAFT-Pro / MAF Translator with GM Blow Through AFM, AEM-EMS, Greddy e-manage)
Wide Band o2 Sensor kit to monitor EXACT air & fuel mixture from exhaust After but closest to the turbo usually side by side with the stock o2 sensor (the stock o2 sensor system will need to remain installed and DO NOT TAP INTO THE STOCK SYSTEM the main computer still needs this, the wideband has its own controller) (NGK AFX, AEM UEGO, Innovate Motorsports)
Full intercooler hard pipe kit 2.5" or larger
Intercooler
Blow off valve (single or dual Bosch option will not be sufficient, should be on of the major brands)

1.) Stay away from Venom injectors, there is another thread on this right now.

2.) The wideband sensor needs to be installed at the recommended length away from the turbo that the manufactur of the sensor suggests. This is typically far away from the o2 sensor and not right beside it. Will it work? Probably. Will it last long? Probably not.

Greg, how's the LIPP exhaust manifold comming along?

Thanks for asking. It is still not ready. I have started tooling for a new turbo line for the T4 housings. There will be a .58 and .70 and .81 and .96 AR. They are going to be a light weight unit and will have on the exhaust side a v- band in a 3" or 3 1/2" or 4" size for each AR. This has been taking almost all my time in the shop. Hope to have machined castings the first of Jan, 08.

The machine castings that you are talking about. Are they for the bolt-on BOSS turbo, or something else? I was under the impression that you were making a replacement manifold that would bolt onto the BOSS turbos and others that have the same footprint as the CT-26...

The exhaust manifold will be the same as the stock one that the CT-26 and the Boss fit. The new housings are to cover a larger buying base of after market turbo's and will not be made to fit the stock manifold.

I don't know what exhaust wheel the 61GT is using, I would think it is a stage 5 or a P trim so you should bi around 600hp but this is not a for sure number just a shot in the dark

That HP power rate is on the crank and not rw, so you will have less power to the ground. I don't know what the loss would be on your car.
