Hey guys,

I'm about to load up the trailer to go dyno the car in Jacksonville NC. After doing some rough pulls at 26psi, I'm getting some breaking up.

AFR's are about 10.5:1 and the current plug gap is .028"

I have a set of .025 about to go in, so that might clear it up.

Anyway, I was curious.

Thanks.

Nice.. Can't wait to see the dyno numbers. I've run up to 24psi with no breakup when my plugs were gapped at .028. Sean suggested to me to get the HKS DLI for high boost. Is your idle rough with it gapped at .021?

why are you at 10.5:1 afr? thats pig rich!

Well if I were going to be going to the dyno I'd much rather been those types of numbers then the opposite. Looking forward to seeing dyno sheets :D

Perfect AFR for when I add 5 more psi at the dyno.
Plus nitrous soon.

Hey Matt.
I have a MSD DIS-4 and new coil packs.
My idle did not change, surprisingly.
Look forward to a video of all the supras dynoing tomorrow morning. :)

I come from a land down under
Some more dwell on boost will help drive the coils a bit harder Brent, not sure if this can be done with a DIS4 though, another option would be to use MSD's 480v Coils they will fire a plug in a cup of Oil when driven by a DIS4

I'm using the 8224 MSD coils

Whoa.. Your motor lifts quite alot on the intake side... At What boost did you make that 479 hp? Did you try the nitrous ?
