what parts can be used? 86.5 n/a vs 90 turbo

I found a water damaged 86.5 n/a 5 speed supra.
its untouched cuz all the car doors and hood dried shut. i was the first to sucessfully open it yesterday.

I wanted to know which parts could be used for spare or upgrades

like the n/a cams etc.

maybe someone can really use some of the parts its got
