Yes. I already mentioned it, but it never hurts to go over it twice... Get and oil cooler and therm bypass.

Ok, I know this will sound really retarded but I would like to know. Does a turboed motor have two air filters? I noticed that the air inlet hose for the turbo has the air meter and filter for it. What about the "3000" pipe? It would still need a filter right? Would I move the air metering setup from the N/A's stock location to the turbo inlet? Then I would just put a second filter where the metering system used to be and call it a day? (Meaning the N/A's original intake would be changed to an intake pipe with a filer on the end?) I think thats right but I just want it to be confirmed.

Does the 3000 pipe run to the intercooler then? Please forgive me, I'm a total turbo noob. The most I have done with a turbo car was drive it and then change the oil. I understand the basic mechanics behind turbo, (how it works.) just not how every thing gets tied together.

Ok. LOL. I think I am getting it, the only filter would be the one for the turbo inlet. Thanks for clearing that up, god I'm retarded sometimes. So for 1/2 na-t I would be able to keep the air metering system where it is? Or that would need to move to the turbo inlet?
