it all depends. 2JZ is....well a 2JZ and awesome. 1JZ is a great engine too. you could always do a 1JZ and then build a 1.5JZ later down the road when you want more power. if you find A jza70 swap it will have the rear sump pan that you need, bell housing, and correct trans/ecu.....could save you alot of money vs piecing together a 2JZ setup
