what kind of pistons and rods?

Well it's posted in the 7mgte section so let's hope it's in the right place.

I have a 2jz block and I went with Eagle rods and CP pistons. I'm not saying they're the best but they've held up good for me so far. Only about two thousand miles though.

Edit: Carillo's are very very expensive, but worth it if you can afford them.

i also have eagles and cp's in my motor too.... 0 miles so far. and im sure they will hold up with what im going to put them through. but if i had the money, i would have went with the carillo's. just for the extra insurance

Well I was thinking eagle rods and pistons... Ahhh people are now telling me to go 1j... I DON't even know what to do. I am so new to turbo cars and supras, but boy do I love my 89
