I have a lot of "favorites" but the one that jumps to mind is
Kill Bill, both 1 and 2
Somehow I never get tired of the extravagently cheesy gore and dramatic retro music.

I do, but that's besides the point 
1 just seemed like a bunch on fluff... 2 really brought the story out. Just IMO.

also saw vanilla sky in there, good one
ray was killer imo
and i was forced to watch chronicles of narnia with kids...actully pretty good
and although i am NOT a fan of fantasy, lord of the rings trillogy was an epic
