m1 is an 11 pin plug and the b2 plug is a 14 pin plug.b3 is a 10 pin plug.these plug's should be coming from under your dash.you will also need to take these from your 7m engine harness and graft them onto your 1j engine harness

YOu should cut the 7m alternator plug and extend those three wires to reach the 1jz alternator on the passenger side. ( White, Yellow/Green and Black/Yellow I think)
The thick black wire also gets extended ( bolts onto the alternator itself). It should have a ring termincal at the end.
No need to use these wires for the 1JZ harness.

The 7wire plug appears to have the POwer wires.
Check which wire is what and mate to the 7M C1 connector.
You will need the two Black/Red ones and the Black/Orange ones as these supply the power.

E.g -
C1 Pin # 1 = Back/Yellow = EFI Relay
C1 Pin # 2 = EFI Relay
C1 Pin # 4 = EFI Relay
