not really most of the manifolds that have cracked are stress cracks from the weight of the turbo.

just weld a brace between the turbo flange and the Mani flange where it bolts to the head for extra support

ive had the xo2 mani for over a year now and its still workin with no cracks. although i had to remove one bolt from the head and cut one shorter for it to fit in the first place. i also had to weld on a brace from flange to flange cuz when it got really hot it flexed quite a bit. and i had to cut the wastegate tube shorter so it wouldnt hit my motor mount. otherwise for the price thumbs up

This is Drifmotions new CT26 adaptor manifold with a CT26 57 trim on my 1jz. The manifold is full stainless with super thick flanges and it fits perfectly. It is a beautiful piece and they are going to start selling them soon. We will be be putting my car on the dyno very soon to see the results!! :naughty:

nice... i glad to hear that! what did you mean by welding the brace from flange to flange? is it from the turbo flange to the where the runners connect into the head? if so i'm going to have that done..

Update from me: I bought one of the chinese manifolds, the one with the 44mm Tial v band wastegate flanges, and sent it to Aaron to put on my single. it was all &#$% up, so much so that Aaron had to buy another one, cut the WG flange off the original one & weld it on to the new one to make one that works. Maybe Aaron/Jose can give some more info, because buying things twice sucks ass.....

Yup......when will we learn about this E-Bay, china made CRAP!!!!,

my v band manifold doesnt fit either. Bu i figured out that I will route the front wastegate pipe ( that hits the frame) from the inside of the colector towards the headand go around the back and meet up with the other pipe.
