What intake adapter is this?

My school has a state funded ref station as part of the auto program. I was offered a free smog and inspection because i am a student. I was discussing my mods and he says my only issue is my intake. I am pretty sure this is a replica or a real intake that had an EO # . If someone can identify it i can get the number off of the ARB website.thanks!

Think its the hks.

Only 1 that would be 50 state legal is the pos k&n.

It is a intake but its more of a air filter. Can you discuss anything more with him another time? Since it goes into a hot turbo and its not mounted in a cold air spot i dont see why the fuss.. I know hes prolly right and unless you have a carb number its going to be a bitch but idk why the fuss on turbo cars.`

Edit: if you can just get the k&n sticker and stick it on there.

Air filter is different and the apexi uses bolts to mount it up.
