I'm spilling the beans!

I've been a little busy the past month or so. My black car was deteriorating with rust and it wasn't worth saving bodywise. I found someone on here selling a clean(er) 88 Turbo Targa just like my old one. The car had some stuff done, but also needed some shit, shit that I had in my black car. :naughty:
The car was only 370 miles away. Luckily, I have a good buddy that lives 30 miles away from this guy.

So i ended up picking this car up, parking it in my buddies garage, and got it ready for a whole lotta fix-er-uppers.

Purchased this car like this:

Dash was Fucked. Mine was good. Removal..of it all!

Replaced the Ducting Seals

Took a buncha shit out.
The glass was swapped because the new car had shitty blue tint, with a failed gouged out attempt at removal.

Paint Moldings were painted separately.

This color is weird as hell. The color I was going for was a graphite gray. I ended up getting a color called Carbon Black. From far away, It black. Up close, you can see the color I went for. At another angle, a different color, and at a different angle, a dark shade of green. Weird.

During Assembly, The camera lost its juice, and there was a little bit of a time crunch, so no pictures.

Because of the conditions, the car left the garage with a needed wetsand.
Driving it home, a picture or two.

This whole car has to be wetsand all over to rid the orange peel. This is gonna take me forever, so after all my other operations, i'll come back to this.

I'd like to get my Toyota Supra words back. I was thinking a printout and clearcoat :dunno:

Crappy, i know. it was dark when i was finishing. I really like the cloth interior in this car, and its in pretty good shape, but some more cleaning to go.

When my Supra needed body work , I didn't have an opportunity to find a nice one so we builded up mine -rust repair-and put on body parts from another one...
I know absolutely what you 've been through...

nah, i'm not goin' to e-town, i've been busy, and will probably be busy this weekend. Plus, i wouldn't want to show this car off, it still needs much work. As of now, i still enjoyed my old car better. Until i change that, i won't be joy riding it.
6puck and solid motor mount...yuck. Not very comfortable. Who wants to buy solid mounts?? hah

The RSR looks a little funny? No, no. It looks terrible. Totally unacceptable. Rice Status in my opinion, even though it is a good brand exhaust. I'm actually embarrassed to be driving around with that mexiCAN sticking out like that.

My last one was nice. Neatly tucked. Black. Inconspicuous. ..kind of.

Yeah, that's a lot of work, and that was the original plan, but i found this car ;-P I'm just gonna tell people its my old car and i sectioned off the rear of the car, hehe.(that was the rusty part..)

UPDATE:
Fixed a couple things here and there, and got to shortening the exhaust.
This thurdsay I'll be doing..New radiator with yoda coolant flush, installing a bunch of random parts that were better on the old car...interior equipment, an o2 sensor, lower grille, some more random shit. Gonna fix the pcv and evap setups and maybe whatever else thats on the list.
