What happened to this fuse????

while playing in the kickpanel i thought i'd check my voltage there and i found this at my foglight pins :/

It hasn't blown the fuse but it seems that wire has had some excessive heat?
Way back i used to have problems with my foglights blowing bulbs and it was shorting out at the bulb so i fixed that but since then i can't remember if i have replaced the fuse or if this is since then

Higher than normal resistance but not enough to blow the fuse. Most likely cause is bad ground point.

Ah must have been a prior thing then before i did the big dash pull. Everything is all good now ground wise I think i'll stick a new fuse in there tho lol

could have even been some wrong with the fuse its self i have seen some before do that because the fuse was cheaply made or the contacts on the fuse wasn't right just a thought
