i'm surprised there's a default offline message containing that text in the first place. especially if it's a user-defined one, it would say something about SF! lol...

Looks like their admin took the forum offline for database maintenance before checking what the offline message was set to. LOL! He won't be doing that twice.

Or maybe he did it as a joke?

The default message says something else. But it's not something you have to set every time, it's easy to take the forum offline and leave the message the same as it was the last time... and you can edit the message without taking down the forum, and chances are nobody would notice for months.

Well, weeks anyway for SF. ;)

I wonder if all the uptight boys called their lawyer daddies and said....daddy daddy fix it, go represent them, I wont have anywhere else to go talk about spending all of your money on my car pretending it is mine from my job working at walmart!

Ok well, SF is back up, can we change the direction this thread is going?

I was signed up to SF a while before I joined SM and I went only every few days to browse the general for mk3's.

I'd like to hear some stories, no names need to be mentioned, fake ones can be put in place. I always, ALWAYS hear nothing but bad about SF but I haven't really been around for much of it.

No need to make a new thread, the title can still apply ;) Story time.

That's because many of the people you hear are dicks can disguise it by way of deleting or editing existing threads or posts that make them look that way.

What's so special about SF anyhow? I tried signing up a while back after I had signed up with SM and they rejected me? so I thought screw them!

I come from a land down under
There is a core group of Mk3 heads that would be welcome here anytime but SF does seem to attract the truly clueless that swear black and blue they're Mk3 Gods put on the site to edumacate us less fortunate......
(It's a target rich environment for baiting the stupid :evil2:)

Not to mention the owners on those forums that don't consider anything other than a MKIV a Supra...

Or even worse, the fanboys that don't even own a Supra and don't know their ass form a hole in the ground, but they know the MKIV was built by God...

I don't even go over there anymore because of the rampant trolling...
