So I just ordered a cooleeze turbo inlet pipe and I am now waitng for it. I was wondering what everyone thinks of this company , what do you like/dislike?

I ordered one a month ago, and am still waiting on it to ship. Very slow shipping, have patience.

My general impression is that the parts are a bit too expensive for what they are. They also do not communicate very well or ship orders promptly.

there responded to me well, parts are pretty good. They do have ebay auctions starting off with no reserves. People will pay for what they want.
Oh, don't get me wrong - I am not trying to say they are a bad company or anything like that.
Just relating personal experiences as well as those I have heard from others.
Greg was actually very nice to me. I bought a DP and after not getting any emails/calls/anything after a month, I asked him what was up. He told me that the pipe hadn't even been made yet.
I wasn't the happiest camper in the world, but he was pleasant about issuing me a refund and did so promptly.

Better than factory by far. I have the turbo inlet and IC pipes. I won an auction and got them cheeper than the buy it now price so I didn't do too bad.
Having said that, the downside: worm clamps!?! WTF man...worthless, shipping = forever, and you have to contact them every week to make sure they even remember they sold you stuff. On the upside: Welded on bov flange of your choice, 4-ply couplers, snug fitment with oem bends.
Because they forgot my order almost completly the sent me a free upper rad hardpipe that leaked out of the weld....I guess it's the thought that counts on that one. :dunno:
