what do you guys think? fix up supra or buy place to fix up supra?

my garage is way too small to work on a supra in again. especially any big projects like eventually dropping in a 2jz and moving is not an option.
I was looking in the newspaper today and found a commercial property for sale for what I think is a resonable price. here's a link to it online.

Does anybody else here have a hobby shop besides thier house?
I wouldnt mind parting out a supra here and there, so I was wondering how hard it is to get a business # and write the place off as a business expense?

Looks like a sweet place to set up shop, not to many people around to complain when you are burning the late night oil. But no water or waste, that means there is no bathroom that might suck when it comes time to take a shit when its 90 degrees outside and mosquitoes are biting your ass, but the price is right.
Also you will need find a used hoist for around a grand because working to concrete SUCKS.

To drill a well prob around 5k and sewer maybe around 13K.

How long of a drive would it be for you to get from home to here?

And a Pop Machine to keep your beer cold, (plus this way your buddies dont drink all of your beer with out paying something)

I went and looked at it and its smaller than I thought. It would be pretty cool to cross off all the pepsi buttons and write beer on them tho
its about 2 minutes from my house and pretty much right on the city limits right on hwy 49. I'd rather have something out in the boonies a little more so we can be as loud as we want and not have to worry about it. I'm going to keep my eyes open for something with a little more land too. I'm looking for 5-10 acres somewhere for $4k-$5k an acre that I can put a 32x48 shed on for another $20k-$30k and have enough room to build my dream house on in about 10-15 years.
