Broke mine out of winter storage. Started with a ton of smoke and had me a bit scared to start with... took about 10 minutes and a quick run down the highway and it cleared up completely Whew.

I know mine is gonna do the same exact thing when I start it up again. Stupid leaking valve stem seals...

Got a set of Bomex mirrors from a member on here (great guy to do business with!) stripped them down, restored and replaced the mirror mechanism, new well nuts and hardware, a little bit of bondo and fiberglass work (the mirrors came in great condition but I'm overly critical haha) paint and install. I know they're not everyone's cup o' tea, but I like 'em!

Finally started putting my rebuilt hifi turbo back on. Turbo Lab did a great job on the wastegate flapper mod. I can't wait to try it out.
I decided to try and fill the .5mm gap between the hot side and the ddp by gluing hi-temp gasket material to the mating points. I used 2000F exhaust putty as the glue and a cut up egr gasket off of a Jeep engine. As long as it doesn't burn away I think it'll be perfect. It completely sealed the gap when installed from what I can see.

Sorry for the blurry pics, but I dropped my camera phone an it royally screwed up the auto-focus sensor.

Also fabbed a new coolant bypass line since I switched from a wet to dry bearing housing. Then I redid the oil drain line to make sure there were absolutely no kinks in it at all.

Now all that's left is to install this beautifully polished cover and the wastegate actuator and this baby is back in business! Beeeotch!!!

Transmission went out the other day and got it hauled back to the garage today. Time to save up some money to get it rebuilt haha.

wish my 7M looked that clean instead it's covered in oil and grime lol

It helps a lot that the motor is out of the car haha

Drogon, that looks really good!

Thanks! I'm stoked to get this thing in and boost for the first time. I've only been in a turbo integra and I already know I will get addicted to boost. [emoji48]
