I finished rebuilding 3 more differentials. Woo!
All received the same treatment.
Thought it would look cool to line them up.

Next rusty pile up for rebuild!

Might get to this one at some point too.

You doing this as a business or are all these personal?

My control arms came in and I went to replace them got my jack and jack stands out then went to get my lug nut sockets and nowhere to be found. I put both the lock and spline sockets in the bag they came in then I put them in the side pocket in the trunk I went there to get them and only found my stock lugs that I also keep there but nothing else. I removed the false floor and spare tire and nothing except for a little pool of water in the wheel well from my damn hatch leak. Looked around the car, garage, my desk, my room, and nothing. I am thoroughly confused on how they just vanished and if I get a flat tire until I find or replace them I am screwed.

You can get another lug socket.. there are only a few different ones.. they aren't all unique. I had to get one and a shop in town carried all of them..

Mine came with the new lug nuts I bought and each wheel has a locking nut that has a special socket the rest are spline sockets. Either way I need at least that lock socket otherwise I can't get it off lol. If I can't find it by tonight or tomorrow night I'll just order a new set and 2 day ship it.

Try calling local tire shops. It's really a simple thing.

Changed engine mounts today.

Revshift vs MKIV.jpg
First shows the revshift silicone vs MKIV mounts. You can see the length difference between the two.

Revshift Burned.jpg
Second is to show that the silicone rubber mount got burned by the heat of the twins and failed.
Luckily the company withdrew them from their website. When I first had them installed it took a bunch of fender washers stacked up for the oil pan to clear the 89+ subframe. The local Toyota dealer was out of stock because the car is so old which is why I tried aftermarket.
Conclusion is OEM only for critical parts like mounts.

Doat, your Supra looks great!
Thanks man she still needs some cosmetic work but not that much and my replacement lug nut sockets came in this morning, so I can finally install my control arms and rotors but I want to get better brake pads than the Wagner ceramic stuff I was thinking of Stoptechs. I especially love the first shot I posted I made that my cover photo on facebook lol.

Parking and signal lights. They're more on the 6k side of things, but it will work for now. Getting new ones soon because of how these came out.

Got some 1watt leds in the mail today for the license plate lights. Fit with no problem. I can't believe the oem bulbs are 7.5watts!

Car looks great man. I love the white mk3s.

I have the stoptechs and they perform well, but produce a large amount of dust. My wheels get pretty well coated after 1000 miles. That's my only complaint about em.

What about EBC pads? I remember people talking about them on here and they loved them and they don't produce much dust depending on which color you get.

Yeah, the first picture is fantastic. Mine needs a little cosmetic work as well, but nothing major. The bumpers are a little faded. I think I remember reading that your's are too.

I have the 5k superbrighleds ones in my euro corners and they still look like halogens compared to my 4300k projectors. It seems to be hard to get that exact shade of white you are looking for without going to blue or to yellow.

Where did you get them?

I plan on going with EBC pads when I do my brakes. I just don't know if I will go with the yellow or red pads. What rotors did you get?
