You should be able to reuse the cometic gasket but you may have to use a spray sealant or something to help it seal. I've read somewhere before it always be done though.

Please tell me you have a write up on this and where to get parts I'd like to do something like this as I made the same mistake and put my boost gauge where the cig lighter was lol.

Here are the parts I used, got everything from Amazon.

ABS plastic project box (they offer different sizes for the box to suit your application):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00INGRK74/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Dual USB socket:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0082CXEI8/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

12V socket:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001U4ZZPK/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Rocker toggle switch (optional):
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KD64MAK/ref=twister_B00KD64MBE

You will need a 29mm hole saw for the sockets and a 19mm for the toggle switch if you decide to use one (it's wired to work as a main power on/off for this thing; just something to fill out the rest of the box I used, functional but not necessary).

I basically reused the connector from the factory cigarette lighter and just extended the +/- wires from it to power this.

I thought I was bad ass because my ac was blowing super cold after getting a hold of 2 cansnof r12. Ac worked fine untilbi revved the shit out the car and the compressor cluth shorted out,

Finally replaced it with a new unit. The old unit was really terrible. It had fall apart at the magnet part, and the whole unit had yearsbof crud built up.

On my way home following a friend in his GS300 I smoked him then after that run a civic SI with HIDs sped up and lined up next to me, we both downshifted and we stayed neck and neck until I hit full boost then he was gone with the wind. I love this 7M once it gets going it's like a freight train.

Not today. But since my car got pushed back a week... I decided to do some things... Found a new heater valve.. Replaced my fan clutch.. Got the right hub centric rings and this...

Drive on highway at 110 kph for 5 hours. 10.5 l/100 km (22 mpg)..
Not sure if I should consider this good... Lol

What's best RPM for fuel economy... That was at 2850 rpm...

Dropped my car off for alignment... Shakes at 100-130 kph. (60-75 mph)
Could be wheel balance... Not sure, but it hasn't been aligned since I put the HSD coilovers on.

I tell my gf that I'm a lesbian trapped in a mans body all the time. (She isn't complaining)

What would be the best way to polish the lip and face of those rims? I spent like 20min last night with a powerball and a tub of mothers metal polish and it didn't do much :/
