After talking to the owner I found out the guy that has it bought it from a neighbor. I'm suspecting he might be helping the creator with some cash problems. Just a guess, because the owner wasn't even really into the car from what I could tell, and he seemed too cool to actually own the car. Probably why it's for sell lol.
