What cam/valve combos make the 7M an interference engine?

Just wondering what camshaft and oversize valve combinations make the 7M an interference engine? If choosing parts, I'd rather keep it non-interference for safety.

Wade Cams .351"/9mm lift 280 degrees duration +1mm valves amd a 2mm HG is getting damn close.

About 9.5mm lift, and the CAM lobe brushes / barely touches the head as it spins.
