That's an HKS SSQV. No doubt in my mind as I have the same one.
You really can't mistake this bov with any other one on the market.

If you're at WOT and FULL boost and then blow off all you'll hear is the "Shhpink" otherwise it lets the air out in pattern like you hear early on in the video "chhh chhhh chhhhh chhhhhh"
