black thing next to the ignitor is the headlight washer relay (someone told me about that one

the one on the left (drivers side) is a tems g force sensor im pretty sure..
The right one is the condensor fan relay (the one infront of the condencer) if you removed or remove the fan you can get rid of it..

2. I'm not sure if you're talking about something else, but the big, main box in the circled area on the right is the headlight washer relay, like Matt mentioned. The condenser fan relay is in front of the fuse panel, not behind.
tems does too have a force sensor
if you watch your lights on the dash if you mash the brakes it'll stiffen it up a bit more
and if yur actually making REAL power and you mash the gas in 2nd gear it will click up one light and get stiffer as well

hmm.. i looked at the tsrm it is the headlight washer relay..
I though they tems was supposed to stiffen on hard turns is why I though it had a g sensor.. I guess not..

ok. go out to your car. turn the key to on, do not start. note how many lights are on the tems indicator. quickly jab the throttle and watch it go full firm.
The system itself is controlled by a main TEMS computer, that is given inputs from: 1) the engine ECU for vehicle speed and throttle position, 2) the steering sensor mounted on the steering column, 3) the 12 v thru the brake light switch and 4) the TEMS mode select switch; that indicate the necessary stiffness level. The output from the computer is then transfered to each of the four TEMS actuators at the tops of each shock tower. The actuators then turn the valve on the top of each shock a certain amount to set the shock either soft/medium/hard.

Just to resolve any confusion for others what dbsupra90 said is correct. Technically well stated too.

oh no i was wrong on a supra board im gonna go emo on myspace and slit my wrist.
i junked the tems the first 2 months i owned the car anyways so i never read into them that much....they are actually pretty worthless.....

The SME's on this site have EARNED those titles. They are here to be sure people don't get given incorrect or dangerous information.
The original asked a very simple question, and in reply got a lot of ignorant guessing and incorrect answers.
Our SME's are charged with trying to fight that level of stupidity.
So I would suggest if you don't like being called out by "pompous assholes" you admit to yourself that you are ignorant and keeping your mouth shut would be far better for everyone rather than guessing, and giving people incorrect information.
