what are the symptoms of a boost leak and other questions? (NOW WITH CODES)

what's the best way to adjust the tps while the TB is still on the car?(intercooler piping is a pain to take off) is there a certain resistance i need to shoot for? i read the TSRM about it, but i'm not too sure what this means..."turn clockwise until the ohmmeter indicator deflects" the deflects part is what i'm wondering...

if you can't figure it out with a digital multimeter, get an analog one. It will become much clearer.
