what aftermaket turbo should i get for my 7mgte

i have been trying to do some reseach befor asking questions but i had a tough time with this.
i was looking at some turbos one is a turbonetics 60-1 .63 in front .82 on the exhaust or an 70trim one...

my goles: i want to be around 400hp , right now i belife im at around 270 from 10 pounds of boost and an 3 1/2 exhaust. i have an intercooler that holds around 400hp. what would be the best upgrade turbo to get closer to that hp range.

Stick with your name brand based turbos be catious for ebay turbos unless they have been rebuilt by a reputable turbo shop. Turbonetics are wicked turbos but if you have no knowledge on how to rebuld them they can be expensive. Now are you looking to stay with your CT 26 header and use a turbo that will adapt to it or go t4 / t3? They make some good 50 & 60 trim ct replacement turbos that can easily get you to that range

Forget the turbo for now, you need the following:

-Fuel upgrade (injectors, pump, regulator, lines)
-Electronics (ECU, AFM, SAFC, etc)
-Healthy engine
-Intercooler pipes
-Quality BOV

Out of the 2 exhaust trims you posted go w. the .70, quicker response then a .82 but more limiting than a .82. But for 400hp you wont need the extra volume of the .82

ok so i got the the 24 by 12 intercooler in, have 2.5 piping a 3 inch pipe with a greddy bov in it and i just got some 580 injectors. (not instulled yet) and all of a sudden my turbo starts blowing out white smoke when i let off the throdel. so now my turbo is bad and it has a bad seal. so now i really need a turbo =[
