damn that sucks! i guess that cop really was good....

best of luck sorting this out. sue his ass and don't do anything stupid to get him back (like...physical stuff i mean). for one, it might not be his doing, and two, you'd be in deeper shit for doing something yourself in revenge. but yeah, good luck!!

there's gotta be away to get help with this kind of shit...

Sounds like someones getting a "friendly visit" about a bike lol.......cali cops wont prolly follow through and you`ll be stuck paying big fines and legal crap. Thats on top of the loss of bike.......I think its time to move outta state CK......first car is stole...then...gets a hot bike....not a good pattern...:nono:

that sucks man is there anyway to sue them and get the money back? :(

well my friend was doing a wheelie down a main road(retarded) and went past a new charger unmarked and kept going the charger gave chase and my buddy didnt see him took off around a corner and the charger guy thought he was running so he called backup and they pulled him over in a parking lot tackled him off the bike and arrested him he went to jail for like 2 hours explained to them he wasnt running that he couldnt hear (had an mp3 player on inside the helmet) they let him off with a reckless driving ticket charge and he had to pay like 130 bucks for the impound and towing fees brought it to my house on his lunch hour from work 1 day and i looked it down itd deff been riden hard. (sorry for the thread hijack)
