about the cps, a lot of them have problems in the ground wire-there are three contacts in the tps, all three have a ground wire going from them(a white or greyish wire) and they all connect into one, the area where they connect is poorly insulated(just tape from the factory)and it corrodes overtime causing a bad or broken connection, take a multimeter, set it to ohms and check the resistance between each of the three points in the cps and the pin in the cps connector that is the ground wire, a good connection will only be about .5 ohms, if its 0 or crazy high numbers you can re wire it yourself, thats what i did.
about the tps-get a new one and save yourself a lot of headaches
