Welding my open diff

If you have the money, get a nice 2-way. If not and your car is used mainly for events, I'd weld an open diff (just make sure to have a spare diff handy because it will eventually break)

But, like others have said, this won't be a pleasant daily driver. To quote IJ, it will be rather "agricultural..."

just weld it, it's much more fun. My friends 350whp 240 coupe has a welded diff and it's a blast to drive. Turning is a little scary at first but you get used to it. I heard that a 2 way is pretty much the same. I'm going to be welding my lsd if I can, if not I'm going to buy a open diff and weld it.

2 way is forced to give in corners, sot hey wear out...

play lot of gran turismo with a 1 way and a 2 way and tell me which you like better. I bet it will be the 1 way...
