LOL was always and still is a pet hate of mine, WTF is wrong with designers that put a drain above a panel so it splooges everywhere when used... grrr
Well it wasn't really above a panel it was more of just a drain bolt that was on the rear(engine) side of the bottom end tank. So instead of draining down you get a massive stream towards the rear of the car that is impossible to control.
Nice, Remote drain. Im sure you used aerospace polymer hose with a teflon lined stainles steel CNC'd ball valve to be sure it was up to par with the rest of your car.

Ian used Inconel for the valve. Takes the heat and better corrosion inhibition than stainless
