well sure, but it doesnt really matter. The difference between a 3.73 and 3.91 is pretty negligible.

how long did you guys say it took you to swap a diff? i had a teacher look it up for me in the official "how long it should take" thing and it said 5.6 hours. damn. that means like 7 hours for me, ive never done it before.

what are the trickiest parts of doing this?

Getting the wheel shafts clear and getting the differential in to place. Two people with a couple of tall screw jack stands and a lift makes it a lot easier

There's no way it would take 4 even unless you ran into severe difficulties. Trickiest parts for me are prying the axle shafts off the diff and probably holding the diff up as you loosen the last couple of mounting bolts (which you really need two people for) because it weighs 80ish lbs.
