I started my car after summer school lol and it makes a whining noise when i push the clutch in, it didnt do it before i went to school....what could this be?

What kind of whining noise? Did you try lubricating the pedal assembly (IE, spring, hinge, etc) to eliminate that yet?
i had this exact problem
and it sounds like something is grinding right?
check your ignition key lock and setup
it might be slightly just past "on" so that the starter can sometimes be engaged when you press in the clutch
you can try to wiggle the key back twards acc just a bit and see what happens
