Check it out, brand new factory exhaust manifold, Jet hot blinged with turbo, and 57 trim with new exhaust impeller. This is gonna be a nice engine. The engine it is on is not the one it is staying on, just to take pics.

Performance Techniques in Riverside CA, (www.turbocharged.com) they sent it directly to Jet Hot for us. It was about $200 to coat the turbo w/clamps, and manifold. He recommended not to do the turbo center section because it can get contaminates in the turbine shaft area and it makes it thicker so it might not go back together correctly. PT really does good work.

the work you guys do at driftmotion is nothing but TOP NOTCH! period. I have never seen shops that dedicate as much time needed to do a clean and proper job as you guys have on everything you do.

That was a really nice thing to say! Now, are you looking for a discount? :biglaugh: Jusk kidding, thank you! We are working on 3 projects right now!

Want a teaser of the next Driftmotion 1jz to hit the streets? Can you guess what kind of car it is?

This is not ct-26 related but, we did more on the Cressida today, got the wiring harness installed and the alternator wiring done, battery is in the trunk, drivetrain finished with r154 and pedals/master/slave installed. Its getting ready to run soon! Look at the difference from the last pic with a little cleaning. AND, look at that harness, does that not look like it came in the car or what?

i got my upgrade from PT also, do you know what size the compressor wheel is on that thing Bigaaron?? the Inducer and exducer size? just wondering,

i got the 2.25x3" wheel in a 50 trim.,.its at full boost @ 2500rpms on the hwy.

It's a 57 trim and new stock exhaust whatchamacallit with 10 deg clip. Our customer wanted that from his research into the upgrades he wanted. I have a 50 trim in mine and I love it, but the 57 trim will give you a little better high rpm power, with just a little bit more lag.

The manifold. Cheap power is nice.

True that.

That's what I want to do to my next CT-26... :naughty: ... If the money ever comes around. :icon_razz I ceramic coated my manifold too, big under hood temp difference, although I didn't port mine either. Great job, looks good.

What year is the Cressida? Is that generally a bolt-in swap, or do you need mounts? That's going to be one hell of a sleeper.
