water in the spare tre well?

had a good storm car was sitting for a few days moved it tonight and water started POURING out around muffler area? i opened the hatch pulled the spare tire out and found that it was draining water? the carpet and wood cover are both dry as can be? looked all around and see no signs of where it came from? windows still dirty no signs of water intrusion anywhere except spare tire area?

any thoughts?

check around your tail lights (inside the car obviously) they prbably arent sealing good.

thats what i was thinking maybe coming in around there and running down behind the plastic trim unnoticed and right in to that area. I am a little bummed but atleast its not as bad as it could be, like the targa leaking or anything else that could do damage to interior.

Your supra hot tub problem can be caused by the following:
rear hatch seal
Taillight seals
cracked taillight lenses
Spoiler seals
rear wiper
Rear glass seal
power antenna

It happened in my old car. The seals around the lights get old and go bad over the years. Its natural. Make sure you keep an eye on it though. Mine leaked to the point where it made all the bulbd in my right tail light go bad. got all wet. I was pissed.

if its not them, then check where your antenna in sticking through the car. they leak sometimes too.

Ok can we move or close the post? Found the culprit drivers side tailight. Pulled cover sound water below housing inside of vehicle. next investment, taillights. Mine are cracked up with water inside case itself. Thanks guys ill probably go through and replace all other seals as well to be safe.
