ok so my car with my 60-1 turbo is over boosting, turns out the waste gate wouldnt open at all, causing it to over boost,, and it wont open because its hitting the Turbo elbow exhaust thing.... i unbolted the turbo elbow and the gate opens just fine.. what in the world do i do about that??
