I think he was talking about fuel (rpm) cut from a shorted IDL. If so he is correct. In fact, for an "I'm no TPS expert", the post was pretty damn good...

Ok, let's put it this way.. For me there is no noticeable performance change with having knock sensor error. I've never had this GTE engine running without this error, and at the moment there is no fuel cuts, it boosts good etc.. but sure it's probably as you say effecting the amount of performance. However, it doesn't make the engine go anything then smooth.. so for me I'm happy with that. lol But when something happenes to the engine, and it needs to be in the garage for a few days then I'll try to get to fix the knock sensors.shaeff;1580892 said:LOL @ thinking the code 52 has no effect on performance. :nono:
