Hey thanks guys for the info and the help. I'm currently in the market for another supra, preferably 89-92. I talked to a few attorneys, and a lot of them are telling me that here in washington that it's hard to go after people if they live in the poverty line. He tried filing for bankruptcy but I had that quashed because he was lying to the court about what he had, and what he was trying to claim as exempt.
I know i destroyed his life, and if I ever get the time to go to port orchard to get a writ of judgment to actually pursue the money, I will. If anyone knows a good lawyer who takes garnishment cases like these let me know!
